was held at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California on October 27, 2007. The conference focused on strengthening existing relationships, building new ones, and bringing together attorneys to discuss issues affecting the Vietnamese community.

Attendees had the opportunity to listen to distinguished panelists and speakers discuss topics such as The Impact of 9/11 on US Immigration Law, The Legal Market in Viet Nam Post-Entrance into the WTO, and How to Start and Run a Successful Law Practice. The Judges' Panel also gave attorneys crucial advice about appearing before them.

The conference concluded with a night of dining and dancing at the Sheraton in Anaheim. NCVAA was honored to present the Trailblazer Award to Honorable Nho Trong Nguyen (Trial Judge for the Orange County Superior Court), the first Vietnamese American judge in Orange County.
