The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) and NCVAA are pleased to announce awards of up to three scholarships to deserving law students for the 2009-2010 school year.
The scholarship application may be downloaded HERE. Application form and all accompanying materials must be received no later than October 7, 2009.
